 Railway A beautiful train journey along the picturesque lush green landscape and cloud kissed mountain tops. It is an exceptional journey starts from Mettupalyam and ends at Udhagamandalam covering 12 stations. Coonoor is the main intermediate station, sited near the locomotive workshops as well as the top end of the rack rail.

This is one of the best lake in Tamil nadu. Water looks colorful. Beautiful scenic lake. Motor boats & speed boats available. Absolutely stunning view and well organised..worth a visit..the virgin natural beauty is breath taking
 

This is one of the bollywood shooting point. Good place to explore, been two times so seen everything. Good spot to take photo. loads of hindi movie shoot here. This is a small hill somewhere near the city
 

Avalanche is very beautiful place and lake there is known as avalanche lake. Avalanche Lake is around 28 kilometers from Ooty. The lake derived the of a huge landslide (avalanche) that occurred in the region in the early 1800s. The way to lake is full of Jungle and wild forrest including some rare flowers, birds and animals.

The garden is very clean and maintained. People take so many pictures here because all the angles, backgrounds produce beautiful pictures. There is a very small restaurant/cafeteria inside with very few options(like icecreams, tea, soup). Its a huge garden with so many different plants. 
 

The Nilgiri Mountain Railway toy train is one of the best one of its class in India. Nilgiri hills attracts every year so many tourists and toy train from Ooty to connoor is an attractive and remarkable experience.
 

Wonderful garden full of beautiful Roses with all colours. Good place for romantic couples and children. the garden was maintained very well, A beautiful display of roses with diverse bed designs enhancing the various colours on the terraced garden beds. 
 

Ooty Lake is one of the beautiful and picturesque spots left in Ooty. Boating in hill station is Enjoyable. But need to make some more cleanliness. One of the must see place in ooty. This is a big lake and is famous among the tourists and the locals .The lake has a boating on a paid basis.
 

The temple is sort of small but the climb and the views from atop the hill on which it is built makes a great place. This place is on the hilltop and it’s very beautiful place to explore. Must visit place for all age group. Surrounding area to the temple is also excellent.
 

The wax statue of famous freedom fighters and renowned political leaders are displayed. It will be useful if you combine it with shopping and kids playing facilities attached to the museum. This wax museum is a small house where personalities like mother theresa, Rabindranath tagore, Subhash Chandrabose, Visweswariah, Jesus Christ and veerappan are brought to life.
